**Update: One year after Mother’s Day Surprise**\

On Mother's Day 2020 we surprised Mama Amani, who had just lost her house to heavy rain and flooding. She and her then five (of seven) underage kids needed a safe place, a solid home. We promised that we'll build her a new house. Today Silvia stopped by to bring some food for Mother's Day so she can cook something special for her family. Mama Amani also showed Silvia the field she can now grow her food for the family. The stones you see in the video are for the new toilet. We will tackle that project soon ...
